The City of Peterborough requires all candidates to hold valid Ontario Fire Administration Inc. (OFAI) Candidate Testing Services (CTS) certificates for Stage One, Stage Two, Stage Three and the Swim Test. OFAI does not submit candidate certificates or applications to Peterborough.
